Vic Reyes, Jr., P.E., GGP, GPCP

Vic Reyes, Jr. has more than 40 years of extensive experience in the design and construction management of electrical systems. He has designed, managed, directed, and administered projects for the Federal and local Governments on Guam and CNMI, as well as the private sectors and Governments in the Mariana Islands, Micronesia, Australia, and Japan. He has extensive experience in the electrical design of educational facilities, shopping centers, resorts, hotels, up-scale restaurants, office/administrative buildings, military facilities, airports and airfield lighting systems, and specialized projects such as wharves, ordnance facilities, and aircraft hangars. The projects he has managed range from programming, engineering studies, and criteria development, to full design. He is also highly experienced with utility type projects involving substations, power transmission/distribution, telecommunications distribution, master planning and photovoltaics. As a working Principal, Mr. Reyes takes personal charge of the preparation of designs, specifications, and cost estimates and the integration of sustainable design strategies. Mr. Reyes is certified with Green Building Initiative (GBI) as a Green Globes Professional (GGP) and Guidance Principles Compliance Professional (GPCP).

Abner V. Mariano, P.E., RCDD, LEED AP BD+C, GGP, GPCP

Abner Mariano joined EMCE Consulting Engineers in 1999. He is a registered Electrical Engineer on Guam and the CNMI. His experience includes projects such as underground power distribution systems, military installations, telecommunication facilities, industrial facilities, clinics, airport facilities, aircraft hangars, wharves, training ranges, ordnance facilities, and office/administrative buildings. He has managed different types of projects including engineering studies, DD1391, Design- Bid-Build (DBB), Design-Build (DB), and Full design under a DB Team. As a telecommunications designer, Mr. Mariano is RCDD certified since 2015. In practicing sustainable design, he holds a USGBC credential as LEED AP, BD+C since 2011 and holds GBI credentials of GGP and GPCP. Mr. Mariano has also obtained certification for Construction Quality Management from the Corps of Engineers and NAVFAC Engineering Command.
